From 2012, I have held regular evening classes in Royston and have been active in demonstrating Chinese cooking skills at local events, including the Royston Arts Festival.
In 2014, I offered a six week course in collaboration with Comberton Village College. Each Chinese Cooking class consisted of a 2 hour lesson begining at 7.00 pm and the venue was the Food Technology classroom at Comberton Village College, which had all the equipment and facilities found in a normal kitchen. Very little specialist equipment was required to learn to cook Chinese food and none are needed to get the most from my classes. Also available were two one day themed events at Cambourne Village Collage.

My Chinese cooking programmes are designed to teach my students the specialist cooking techniques and how to use fresh ingredients to prepare traditional and healthy Chinese dishes.
